There are several reasons why Login Detect does not work.
1. The login form is not HTML. It is created either using Flash or JAVA. Currently Web Replay works only with HTML or NT dialogs login forms. You can check which the form is by right clicking it. It will show a different menu that the usual IE right click menu.
2. Submitted form contains no Password fields. Entering into most online account requires filling a password field that appears as "****" (stars). However in rare cases the login information contains no password fields.
If you need to save such login info to a Passcard, use manual save to Passcards: fill in the login info and click the "Save" button on the Web Replay toolbar or select "Save Forms" from the IE context menu.
3. The login info from the submitted form is already saved to one of existing Passcards.
4. Login Detect might be turned off. Turn it on by going to Web Replay Management in Settings section and uncheck ?Do not detect automatically login forms?
5. You have chosen to ignore this web site. Enable it by going to Web Replay Management in Exclusions section.
