Taskbar icon is not visible in the Windows XP taskbar. What should I do?

For some reason Windows XP does not show all the Taskbar/SysTray icons. To make it show all icons, right-click the XP Taskbar, select Properties, uncheck "Hide Inactive Icons" and click OK. The Web Replay tray icon will appear.
